Stonehaven South Church

The Kirk Session is made up of the minister and the elders of the South Church.

The Kirk Session is the senior court of the local Church in the Church of Scotland tradition.

The Kirk Session deals with all of the spiritual and legal matters pertaining to the South Church.

Elders are also responsible for visiting all the members of our Church.  There are four elders districts around Stonehaven each covered by a number of elders under a team leader.

Anyone with any concerns or problems should first contact their elder.

The Kirk Session is administered by a session clerk.  Our current session clerk is John Balsillie.
